Text Box: WHAT WE TEACH Voicebox Singing School specialises in modern singing, from Pop and Rock through to Music Theatre and Jazz. Martine and Ron both teach using the latest technology in vocal development and in studio setups, and both teachers have a Bachelor of Education. Each student has an individual lesson that runs for 30 minutes. Lessons are recorded onto CD along with the backings for the songs which are given to the student after each lesson either on the student’s USB stick or in hard copy. Students will also be given a report after each lesson outlining exactly what they need to practise between lessons. Voicebox host an annual concert giving all their students an opportunity to showcase their talent in the wider community. WE TEACH STUDENTS WHO: are of ALL ages are Beginners or Advanced singers are studying VCE Contemporary Voice are wanting to do ANZCA Examinations are experiencing vocal difficulties are preparing for auditions or eisteddfods are singing in bands are singing professionals who want to brush up on their technique want to explore their singing potential Martine & Ron have students who have gone on to study at NIDA, WAAPA and The Victorian College of the Arts. A number of their students have appeared in professional Music-Theatre productions both here in Australia and overseas. Voicebox students have also enjoyed success as television finalists in Australian Idol & Popstars. Above all, Martine & Ron encourage their students to explore their full singing potential healthfully whether they wish to sing professionally or just for FUN!
